Why we built Voixt.ai
We did not set out to build software. We were running a business on WhatsApp, and the WhatsApp part was working — customers preferred it to email, to phone calls, and to filling in a form on a website. Everything around it was the problem. Enquiries arrived on three different staff phones, orders were copied into a spreadsheet by hand, and a follow-up happened only if somebody remembered it.
The tools we looked at each solved one part of that and charged separately for the rest: a shared inbox from one vendor, a campaign sender from another, automation as an upgrade, and a product catalogue as a different product altogether. Holding them together took more of our time than the original problem did.
So we built the workspace we wanted — every conversation, campaign, lead and order on one verified WhatsApp number, on Meta's official platform. That is still the test a release has to pass here: if it does not save a real team real time on a real WhatsApp number, it does not ship.
