Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Voixt AI to delete your data at any time. Email support@voixt.ai with the subject “Delete my data”, tell us which of the three situations below applies to you, and we will confirm the request, delete the data, and write back when it is done — within 30 days at most. Deletion is permanent.

1. Which situation is yours?

• You have a Voixt account. You signed up at app.voixt.ai for your business. See section 2.
• You connected Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp to Voixt. You gave Voixt permission to work with a Facebook Page, an Instagram account or a WhatsApp Business number. See section 3.
• A business that uses Voixt has your details. You filled in a form on Facebook or Instagram, messaged a business on WhatsApp, or were added to a contact list, and that business runs on Voixt. See section 4.

2. If you have a Voixt account

Email us from the address you signed up with, so we know the request is yours. We then delete:

• your account and login details;
• your workspace: contacts, chats, lead boards, broadcasts, AI agents and the files you uploaded to them;
• your Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp connections, including the permission you granted Voixt at Meta.

What we must keep: invoices, tax and payment records, for the period Indian tax and company law requires. That is a legal duty, not a choice, and it applies whether or not you ask for deletion.

If you only cancel your subscription and do not ask for deletion, we keep your workspace for 30 days so you can come back or export it, and delete it after that. This is set out in section 13 of our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Your WhatsApp Business Account and your phone number belong to you and stay with you at Meta. Deleting your Voixt data does not delete them.

3. If you connected Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp

You can take Voixt's access away yourself, at once, without emailing us:

• Inside Voixt: open the connections page for Meta or WhatsApp and choose Disconnect. From that moment Voixt receives nothing new from that Page, account or number. Disconnecting Meta entirely also hands the permission you granted Voixt back to Meta.
• From Facebook: go to Settings → Apps and websites, find Voixt.AI and remove it. This also covers Instagram accounts linked to that Page.
• From your Meta Business settings: remove Voixt from the partners of your WhatsApp Business Account.

Disconnecting stops new data. Leads, contacts and chats that already reached your Voixt workspace stay there, because they are part of your workspace, until you delete them in Voixt or ask us to (section 2).

4. If a business that uses Voixt has your details

Businesses use Voixt to run their WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram conversations, lead forms and contact lists. When you fill in one of their forms or message them, your name, phone number, email address and message reach that business's Voixt workspace. The business decides how it is used; Voixt keeps it for the business and follows its instructions.

To have it deleted, either:

1. Ask the business directly. It can delete your details from its Voixt workspace itself, and it is the one responsible for your data.
2. Or email us at support@voixt.ai with the name of the business and the phone number or email address you used with it. We will pass your request to the business and delete the data on its instruction, or sooner where the law requires us to.

5. What happens after you write to us

1. We reply to confirm we have your request and, where needed, check that it comes from the account owner or the person concerned.
2. We delete the data from our live systems. Copies in backups disappear as those backups expire in the normal cycle.
3. We email you when it is done. This takes no longer than 30 days from the day we confirm your request.

If there is something we cannot delete — for example invoices we must keep by law — we tell you what it is, why we keep it, and for how long.

Deletion cannot be undone. If you want a copy of your data first, say so in the same email and we will send it before deleting.
